Why we started
An admission letter is a milestone, not a moving plan. Digitalwiregrid began in Frankfurt after repeated conversations with students who had researched a visa carefully but still did not know how a blocked account, rental contract, Anmeldung appointment, health insurance and university enrolment affected one another.
We offer recommendations that connect those decisions. Our work is deliberately personal: we read the dates and documents a client already has, identify the assumptions that need checking, and build a sequence that fits the chosen city and course.
Who you work with
Mara Klein, lead relocation adviser, focuses on pre-arrival planning, housing preparation and the first administrative weeks. Her experience supporting international university offices informs the questions she asks, but she never claims to speak for an authority.
Jonas Adeyemi, study-to-work adviser, supports graduation-year planning, job-search routines and the practical transition from student life. Where a matter requires regulated immigration, legal, tax or financial advice, he makes that boundary clear.
Our working principles
Verify at the source
Rules and appointment systems change. We point clients to the responsible university, Bürgeramt, Ausländerbehörde, insurer or federal source and record the date a requirement was checked.
Prepare for local variation
Germany is not one administrative experience. Frankfurt, Berlin and a smaller university town can have different housing pressure, office processes and transport patterns.
Leave room for uncertainty
No honest adviser can guarantee a flat, residence decision or job offer. We prepare stronger applications, sensible alternatives and dates for follow-up without pretending to control another party.
