Complete Move Guidance — from €640
A six-to-eight-week advisory engagement for students who want one connected plan from pre-departure through their first registered weeks in Germany. The starting fee covers the planning call, document and timeline review, four private sessions, written action plan, and email follow-up described on the service page.
The fee may increase if two family members are moving with you, several cities must be compared, or the timeline is unusually compressed. We confirm scope and a fixed quote before work begins.
Arrival & Registration Session — €145
One 90-minute online or Frankfurt office session, followed by a concise written checklist. Suitable when your university place and housing are settled but Anmeldung, insurance, banking, enrolment or residence appointments need ordering.
Post-Study Career Transition — €290
Two 75-minute sessions with a written 12-week action plan. This includes job-search sequencing, German application conventions, graduation timing and referrals to official residence information. CV rewriting and legal advice are not included.
What can change the estimate
Extra document organisation, companion attendance, out-of-hours sessions and added follow-ups are quoted separately. Public fees, translations, certified copies, travel, insurance, deposits and third-party professional advice are always paid directly by the client.
Payment and changes
We invoice in euros. Complete engagements require a 30% deposit; focused sessions are paid when booked. You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. See our refund policy for cancellations and work already started.
