Controller and contact

Data we collect and why
We process contact details, enquiry text, appointment information, service records and invoice information to answer requests, perform contracts and meet legal duties. With consent, we may use optional analytics to understand aggregate site use. We do not ask for passwords, bank credentials, health records or unrelated identity documents through this site.
Our legal bases under the GDPR include steps requested before a contract, contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests in secure administration, and consent where specifically requested.
Sharing and processors
Limited information may be handled by hosting, email, scheduling, accounting and secure file-storage providers under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal data. We disclose information to public bodies only where legally required.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Client correspondence and working files are normally retained for three years after the engagement; invoices and tax records are retained for statutory periods. Consent records are kept while needed to demonstrate the choice.
International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and assess supplementary measures where required.
Your rights
Depending on the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent prospectively. You may complain to a competent German supervisory authority. We may need to confirm identity before acting.
Security and updates
We use access controls, limited collection and protected service providers, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure. We update this notice when processing changes. Last updated: 15 August 2026. See our cookie policy.
