Focused sessions
Cancel a focused session at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. With less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% is refundable because preparation time and the reserved appointment cannot usually be recovered. One reschedule is available without charge when requested at least 48 hours ahead.
Complete Move Guidance
A 30% deposit reserves the engagement and covers onboarding and initial review. Before work starts, cancellation receives a full refund. After the document review or first planning call begins, completed work is deducted and any remaining prepaid amount is refunded. Work already delivered is non-refundable.
No-shows and late arrival
If you do not attend and have not contacted us, the session fee is non-refundable. We wait 15 minutes. A late start normally ends at the scheduled time, although we will extend where the calendar reasonably permits.
Third-party and purchased costs
Authority charges, insurance, travel, translations, certified copies, accommodation, deposits and other third-party costs are not sold by Digitalwiregrid and cannot be refunded by us. We do not normally purchase materials on a client’s behalf; any exceptional approved purchase is non-refundable once committed.
When we cancel
If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable replacement, you receive a full refund for the affected undelivered service. If illness or technical failure interrupts a session, we will resume or reschedule it without charge.
How to request a refund
Email info@digitalwiregrid.digital with your name, invoice number, service and reason. Eligible refunds are approved within five working days and returned to the original payment method, normally appearing within a further five to ten banking days.
Mandatory consumer cancellation rights under German law remain unaffected. Personalised work begun at your express request may affect the refundable amount where legally permitted. Last updated: 15 August 2026.
