Who this is for

This engagement is for an admitted international bachelor’s or master’s student who wants a coherent plan before moving to Germany. It is most useful when you are three to six months from arrival and still making decisions about city, money, housing, insurance and first appointments.

What you leave with

You receive a dated move plan built around your university deadline, intended city, nationality and current preparation. It distinguishes tasks you can complete abroad, tasks requiring a German address, documents likely to need originals, and questions that must go to an authority or regulated professional.

What is included

  • A 45-minute planning call and secure review of your existing checklist
  • Four private 60-minute sessions across six to eight weeks
  • A city-specific arrival sequence for enrolment, Anmeldung, insurance and relevant residence steps
  • Housing-search preparation, including enquiry wording, viewing questions and rental-fraud warning signs
  • A written budget framework covering deposits, semester costs and first-month cash flow
  • One post-study horizon session to identify graduation-year decisions early
  • Email clarification between sessions and a final action summary

How the engagement unfolds

Week one: orientation. We confirm what your admission actually requires, establish fixed dates and identify information that is still missing.

Weeks two and three: preparation. We organise document, finance, insurance and housing work. You receive source links and specific questions for your university or responsible authority.

Arrival window: first-week sequence. We adapt the plan to your address and appointment availability. If an office changes an appointment, we update priorities rather than pretending the original sequence is fixed.

Final session: settling and looking ahead. We cover daily routines, language practice, student support, work constraints and the decisions to revisit before graduation.

What is not included

We do not submit visa or residence applications, guarantee housing or appointments, interpret law, provide tax or investment advice, translate certified documents, or represent you before an authority. We will tell you when a question requires an immigration lawyer, tax adviser, insurer, university or public office.

Preparation

Bring your admission notice, target arrival date, intended city, passport nationality, current housing plan and your own list of unanswered questions. Do not send health records, passwords, banking credentials or unrelated identity data.

Fee and next step

Fees start at €640. After an initial call, you receive a written scope and fixed quote. Additional family members, multiple-city comparisons or urgent work may change the price. Send an enquiry at least eight weeks before arrival when possible.

Plan around your actual dates

Share your university, intended city, nationality, and target arrival month. We reply within two working days.
