Terms of guidance

Terms governing Digitalwiregrid’s educational Germany relocation recommendations and advisory sessions.

1. Acceptance and scope

By booking or using this website, you accept these terms. Digitalwiregrid provides general educational recommendations about preparation for study, relocation routines and post-study planning in Germany. We do not provide legal, immigration, tax, investment, medical or insurance advice and do not represent clients before authorities.

2. Booking and client responsibilities

Services, scope, dates and fees are confirmed in writing. You must provide accurate, relevant information, attend agreed sessions and verify official requirements. Never send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive records.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Admissions, visas, residence decisions, housing, appointments and employment are controlled by third parties. We do not guarantee any of them. Source links may change after they are shared.

4. Fees, cancellation and refunds

Invoices are payable as stated. Cancellation, deposits, rescheduling and work already started are governed by our refund policy.

5. Intellectual property

Our original plans, checklists, writing, graphics and site design remain our intellectual property. Clients may use delivered materials personally but may not resell or publish them without written permission. Client-owned documents remain theirs.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, decisions by authorities or third parties, or loss caused by inaccurate client information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights remain unaffected. Contact info@digitalwiregrid.digital with a concern before beginning formal proceedings.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms prospectively. The version supplied with a confirmed engagement governs that engagement. Last updated: 15 August 2026.
